Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline procurement teams, MROs, and aviation industry clients.
• Assess customer requirements and provide accurate quotations (RFQs) based on their needs.
• Liaise with global aircraft component suppliers, negotiate, and establish cost-effective purchasing strategies.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in aircraft component sales.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with airline customers.
• Manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of aircraft parts and components.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, compliance, and finance, to streamline procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience:

You should possess the ability to think outside the box, embrace new techniques, and be committed to enhancing our brand's visual appeal across all platforms. An additional emphasis is placed on video editing and motion graphics skills, as well as proficiency in web design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for digital media, print, and web.
• Develop and edit videos and motion graphics for promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance the visual storytelling experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, continually exploring innovative design techniques.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and similar tools to produce high-quality graphics.
• Design and update website visuals, ensuring alignment with current design trends and user experience principles.
• Work on additional ecommerce assets such as banners, storefront designs, and social media assets(posters, reels) as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Experience with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively, both visually and verbally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.
• Portfolio showcasing creativity and experience across a variety of projects, including video and web design.
